Wedding Photography Contract & Worksheet

The contract must be filled out completely, signed and returned with a $150.00 retainer, before your wedding date is considered reserved. We would then like you to complete the wedding photography worksheet and return this to us as soon as possible. The worksheet will help us in planning the photography for your wedding.
