Pittsburgh & Butler
Photographer
My
love of photography started at an early age. When I was 9 years
old, I bought my sisters instamatic camera and my interest in
photography began. What started out to be a hobby, has developed
into a full time profession. My first paying photography job was a
wedding ceremony & wedding reception for a friend of the family.
Since I did not have a photography studio to offer
portraits, I continued to specialize in mostly wedding photography.
After photographing many weddings throughout Western
Pennsylvania, I wanted to expand my
photography business and offer more portrait services. So, when we
added a garage onto our home in Butler, I decided to add a lower
level for my photography studio. At that point, the business
expanded to include high school senior photography, sports
photography, pets and family portraits. After
approximately 5 years, the photography studio continued to grow and
I made the decision to offer my photography services on a full time
basis.
Since switching to full time in 1987, I have been developing outdoor
settings at my photography studio in Butler and now have a gazebo, bridge, trees, fence, bench and
a landscaped mini-park on location. All of these unique features
allow for some very creative photography.
Today, Jeff Hartzell Photography is well known throughout
Pittsburgh, Butler, Cranberry and surrounding areas of PA. When you
book me as your photographer, you can rest assured in knowing that I will
"personally" be
the only one taking your portraits. My goal is to provide you with
the best and most personal service possible, making you feel like
you are my only customer. I will try to make your portrait
experience relaxing and enjoyable, so that you will have fun. To me,
every
photography experience is new and unique in its own way, keeping me
excited about what I am doing!
Thank you for your interest in Jeff Hartzell Photography.
